Firstly, we will arrange a free, no obligation consultation to discuss how you both envisage your wedding day and to determine which elements of the wedding are the most important to each of you. We will then provide you with a proposal based on our discussions and detail which of our services we feel are most suitable for your needs.

We will establish a timetable for the planning of your wedding and help you to stay within your budget. We will source venues which fit with the style, theme and budget of your wedding and all suppliers will be chosen to suit both your wedding style and your personalities.

""We will be available by phone and email throughout the planning process and will accompany you to supplier meetings and be there to help you every step of the way. We can help with everything from the selection and wording of your invitations through to the management of your guest list and co-ordination of the RSVPs.

Finally, we will produce a scheduled plan for your wedding day and on the day, we will be with you from a few hours before the ceremony until the evening reception is in full swing so all you need to do is relax and enjoy your perfect wedding day.

Completion Planning

This service is for brides who have done a lot of their own planning but would like some help to bring all the details together for their big day.

We will meet with you at your venue to discuss the arrangements you have made for your wedding day and to go through your supplier agreements so we know exactly what you have planned so far.

We will then follow up any details that have not been finalised, chase up any outstanding RSVPs, book transport and accommodation for any guests who require it and continue to liaise with your suppliers to ensure no detail is overlooked.

We will keep you fully updated and create detailed day plans for you and each of your suppliers to ensure that your day runs smoothly.

On the Day Co-ordination

We will meet with you at your venue to discuss the arrangements you have made for your wedding day and to go through your supplier agreements so we know exactly what you have planned.

In the week leading up to your wedding, we will liaise with all your suppliers to confirm timings and finalise details with them and we will then draw up a detailed plan for your wedding day.

On your wedding day, we will arrive around 2 or 3 hours prior to the ceremony to ensure the bridal party has everything they need and then go on to oversee the setup of your venues. We will liaise with your suppliers, make any announcements required and be on hand to deal with any queries from you or your guests.

Our discreet and professional management will leave you, your family and friends calm and relaxed to enjoy your special day.

Venue Sourcing

We will arrange a consultation to discuss the preferred date, location, style and budget for your wedding or celebration.

We then do an extensive search of venues which fit with your criteria in order to select three or four which we feel will be the most suitable for you.

Our detailed venue search report will give you all the contact details for the venue, an idea of prices for your reception and an outline of the benefits of each venue. Where possible, we will get your ideal date reserved for you at each venue until such time as you have a chance to visit each venue and decide which one would be perfect for your wedding day.

Supplier Sourcing

It can be overwhelming at times when faced with the prospect of finding suppliers for your wedding. Not only have you got to find the right supplier, you have to check their availability, reputation, pricing and performance. If you feel this is too much of a challenge then please let us help you.

Following an initial consultation, to establish which services you require assistance with, we will source a selection of suppliers guaranteed to bring a special touch to your wedding day.

We can also assist you with decision making and will manage your chosen suppliers to ensure that you receive a completely professional service for your wedding celebration.
